A 10-point report is provided to the applicable family member and is delivered immediately following the visit via email, in person, or by phone call:
- Cleanliness and safety of bedroom
- Personal hygiene and skin conditions
- Cleanliness of clothing
- Cleanliness of linens
- Friendly, attentive manner of staff
- Overall patient demeanor
- Bathroom sanitation
- Current patient photo sent to phone or email
- Contact applicable family member immediately after visit
- Provide Evaluation Report via email or hard copy delivery
